We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong leadership presence, the ability to develop a sales team and the passion to work effectively with community businesses. The Sales Manager will lead a team of top sales professionals in offering our customers a dynamic portfolio of media products.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll build, motivate and empower your sales team to deliver solutions to small and medium-sized customers to make their businesses grow. With your ongoing coaching and development, you’ll drive the sales performance of your team by:
Managing, developing and tracking your team’s performance.
Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new business.
Modeling effective sales strategies for your team to follow.
Tracking and reporting key financial, budget, and sales metrics.
Working hands on with your team through four-legged calls and presentations.
The position is based in Astoria, Ore., with frequent travel to the peninsula and south county.
