Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing is scheduled before the Warrenton Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the Commission Chambers, Warrenton City Hall, 225 S Main Avenue, Warrenton, regarding a land use application submitted by Dick Krueger for site design review to develop a 2-building, 68 unit apartment complex. The subject property is located on Tax Lot 81027DD00100 adjacent to the CCA Regional Food Bank on SE Chokeberry Avenue.
This application will be reviewed under the procedures, applicable standards and criteria in Warrenton Municipal Code Chapters 16.212 Site Design Review, 16.36 High Density Residential District, 16.120 Access and Circulation, 16.124 Landscaping, Street Trees, Fences and Walls, 16.128 Vehicle and Bicycle Parking, 16.136 Public Facilities Standards, 16.140 Stormwater and Surface Water Management, 16.188 Multifamily Housing Design Standards, 16.192 Large Scale Developments, and 16.208.050 Type III Procedure (Quasi-Judicial).
Anyone wishing to participate in the above-noted public hearing may present testimony orally at the public hearing, or submit written testimony, which must be received by the Warrenton Planning and Building Department no later than 5:00 P.M. on the day of the hearing. Written comments may be mailed to Skip Urling, Community Development Director, Warrenton Planning and Building Department, P.O. Box 250, Warrenton Oregon, 97146-0250. Failure to raise an issue on the record in person or by letter before the close of the record at the public hearing, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision making body an opportunity to respond to the issue, will preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
Anyone wishing to review and/or purchase copies of the application and/or staff report may do so at the City of Warrenton Planning and Building Department, Warrenton City Hall, 225 South Main, Warrenton.
