AB6428 TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE File No. 7870.21174 Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Donald Valadez, as grantor, to Chicago Title Insurance Company, as trustee, in favor of James B. Nutter & Company, as beneficiary, dated 09/18/08, recorded 09/29/08, in the mortgage records of Clatsop County, Oregon, as 200809021 covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit: Lots 35 and 36, Tract 2, Subdivision of Block 27, Olney’s Addition to Astoria, in the City of Astoria, Clatsop County, Oregon.
