AB6376 Public Notice Seaside School District (SSD) has determined that the items listed here have been deemed surplus, are no longer in service, and will be sold. Therefore, sealed bids in an envelope clearly labeled “2017 BID FORM” will be accepted until 3:00pm Pacific Time (PT) according to the SSD Office clock located in the lobby on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 1801 S. Franklin St, Seaside, Oregon. Postmarks are not acceptable and the District is not responsible for postal or deliver service mishandling. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. All legible bids received will be opened and read aloud at 3:05pm PT Monday, June 26, 2017 in the School District office meeting room. Minimum bids are established for the items. Successful bidders will be notified by phone on Monday, June 26, 2017. Items are sold as is and cannot be used for transportation purposes. Items may be claimed by the successful bidder with a cashier’s check within three days of bid opening. Bidder does not have to be present for bid opening.
